Participant Agreement

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS


ARTICLE I.

All images, text, video, and content exchanged is property of © Abigail Rothman and © Femmecard, may be used online, in public spaces, in exhibition, and is subject to copyright. This includes, but is not limited to, imagery and video including, mentioning or referencing the Femmecard, as well as text accompanying visual content, responses to questionnaires submitted by participants without specific request for discussion.

(a) Exchanged content is permitted to be displayed on public social media platforms with the mention of @abigailrothmanart and @femmecard. Alternatively, another form of acknowledgement can be used if contractually agreed upon in advance. If the content does not include the necessary acknowledgement, the image and/or content will be reported for abuse of copyright.


ARTICLE II.

If at anytime you wish for your name, identity or face to be removed from © Abigail Rothman and © Femmecard social media and website content, you have the right to do so.  In signing this page you acknowledge that upon withdrawal from participating © Abigail Rothman and © Femmecard will no longer include you or your submissions in ongoing display and workshop of the Femmecard movement project.  You will remain a cardholder until you dispose of or send back the materials, allowing you to continue to post about and use your Femmecard on your own social media accounts.  As stated in Article I, you are still obligated to include the necessary tags, copyright and acknowledgements of ownership.

(a)  Upon public posting and tagging of the Femmecard, @femmecard and www.femmecard.com is still permitted to share your post.

(b) If at anytime a request is made that a share of a post be removed, necessary arrangements can be agreed upon.  

(c) The removal of a post means that the original post will be archived on the @femmecard account, as well as documented for the © Abigail Rothman and © Femmecard records. It will then be altered to remove any mentions of name and/or identity, but it will still be used for exhibition purposes. Your name will not be reproduced or displayed without the necessary written consent.


ARTICLE III.

The participants submission of the questionnaire is final and will remain in the Femmecard archive forever.  Under no circumstance will it be erased or altered. Your responses will be reviewed without bias and will be published as they are received aside from formatting.  Under no circumstance will a response be censored. Keep in mind that some personal questions may be omitted from Section I of the Questionnaire.

(a) Under no circumstances will criticism of the opinions relayed in a submission be tolerated.  We support open, peaceful discussion.

(b). Femmecard fully accepts and welcomes criticism of the project.  Under no circumstances will the processed submission be criticized, removed, or censored for a comment made against the Femmecard, assuming the comment does not imply violence or an inappropriate comment.

(c). Femmecard will not tolerate outside comments of hateful or violent nature on our platforms upon the publishing of a statement on our website or social media.  Comments that do not comply with our standards will be removed. (Comments implying violence, assault, harassment, irrelevant commentary, or directed towards a specific individual are below the standard we hold our participants too and will not be tolerated)
